Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Pixel Fox Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pixel Fox Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our applications on devices you own or control
• Use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Receive updates and support as provided by us

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Use our applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our applications
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Some of our applications may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of any content you create, but grant us a limited license to use such content as necessary to provide our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or share:

• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on the rights of others
• Is not offensive, harmful, or inappropriate

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our applications, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases or premium features. All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment information.

Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat, our subscription processing partner. RevenueCat works with Apple's App Store to provide subscription features while maintaining your privacy. For more information about how your subscription data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.

Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store, as we do not process refunds directly.

Some of our applications offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Please review the following information carefully:

Subscription Details

• Daily Bread Premium: Weekly subscription at $0.99 USD per week with a 7-day free trial
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current subscription period.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Our applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our applications will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Your use of our applications is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Fox Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our applications.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use our applications will immediately cease.

You may terminate your use of our applications at any time by deleting them from your devices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
