All purchases and subscriptions for our apps are processed by Apple through the App Store, so refunds are issued by Apple rather than Pixel Fox Studios.
Request a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Choose "I'd like to", then "Request a refund".
- Pick a reason, then select the app or subscription.
- Submit your request. Apple emails you its decision, usually within 48 hours.
