Queueify

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Queueify, an app published by Pixel Fox Studios LLC ("Pixel Fox Studios", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Queueify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Queueify on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
Queueify is free to download, with an optional Pro subscription at $3.99/month.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any free-trial period is forfeited if you purchase before it ends.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy.
You own the content you create in Queueify — your entries, notes, and settings. Because this content is stored only on your device, you are responsible for its backup (for example, via iCloud) and for keeping your device secure. We claim no ownership over your content.
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
- Use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others
Queueify connects to third-party services to provide certain features. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies:
- Apple Music (MusicKit): Read your listening session and create playlists you request. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
- Spotify: Read your listening session and export playlists you request. See https://www.spotify.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
Queueify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including any data supplied by third-party services) will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Fox Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Queueify. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Queueify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
