Flare
Radically simple gastro diary that looks for patterns and potential food triggers
About Flare
Flare is a radically simple gastro diary that tracks what you eat and how you feel — and finds the connections between them. Where existing food apps drown you in calorie counts and barcode scanners, Flare strips everything back to what matters: what did I eat, and how do I feel? Log a meal in under 15 seconds with free-text entry. Log symptoms with a quick tap grid. Once you have logged enough, Flare+ looks for patterns and shows the potential triggers it finds — as clean data cards, not a clinical report. Your diary is stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud account; you can turn sync off in Settings. Flare is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. For diagnosis or treatment, consult a healthcare professional.
