Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bubblebots: Link Puzzle, an app published by Pixel Fox Studio LLC ("Pixel Fox Studio", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Bubblebots: Link Puzzle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bubblebots: Link Puzzle on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Levels 1 to 50 are free. One purchase, the Full Game, opens the rest and turns off ads. Levels 1 to 10: no ads and no energy. Levels 11 to 50: ads. You can choose to watch one for 5 extra moves or 1 energy, and an ad may play when you leave a won level, at most once every three wins. Energy: you hold up to 5. A level from 11 on costs 1 only if you don't win, and 1 comes back every 25 minutes. The Full Game is a one-time purchase, with Family Sharing; the price is shown in the App Store. It includes levels 51 to 100 and every future chapter, no ads, unlimited energy, and unlimited Kids mode.

• Any purchase is a one-time charge to your Apple ID at confirmation.
• The purchase unlocks the described features on your account.
• You can restore your purchase on other devices signed in to the same Apple ID.

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy.

Bubblebots has no account. Your progress and settings are stored on your device, so you are responsible for keeping your device secure. We claim no ownership over them.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others

Bubblebots: Link Puzzle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including any data supplied by third-party services) will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Fox Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Bubblebots: Link Puzzle. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Bubblebots: Link Puzzle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
